Carlos Gavidia

Prior to joining Sage, Mr. Clyne was General Manager of U.S. Sales for Optimal Payments. Prior to joining Optimal Payments, he held various positions at TeleCheck, a division of First Data Corp. Mr. Clyne was the principle in an ISO selling small and medium sized merchants Visa and MasterCard. He serves on the advisory board to ISO & Agent trade publication and has been published regularly in industry trade journals. Mr. Clyne received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts and received his Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from Bauer College at the University of Houston in 2002.

Ryan Fenley

Paul J. Nee
Is a seasoned veteran with over 25 years in the electronic transaction processing industry. Prior to his appointment with Direct Connect, he served 10 years as owner and CEO with ePayment Consultants, an independent sales organization servicing customers in 42 states. Mr. Nee also held the office of Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President in two separate publicly traded companies. In one such instance, while employed with National Processing Company (NPC), he guided the nation's second-largest direct credit card transaction processor where he was responsible for overseeing full back-office operational support for merchant clients and directed efforts of a 32 office, nationwide direct sales force. As Executive Vice-President of another publicly traded company and S&P 500 company, Mr. Nee controlled all operations and the implementations of 36 mergers and acquisitions for PMT Services.

Kevin Gates
Brings over 17 years of finance-related experience to his role at Direct Connect. His background in finance and accounting is very diverse, as it includes positions in auditing and taxation with national and local public accounting firms, public company experience, and tenure at founder-owned and -managed businesses. Prior to joining Direct Connect, Mr. Gates was SVP of Finance & Administration at a leading Northern Virginia-based market intelligence firm.
Mr. Gates is a CPA, and he holds degrees from the College of William and Mary (BBA), and George Mason University (MBA-Finance).

Dave Zank
Dave Zank has nearly 20 years of contact center management experience that includes management and financial responsibility for both inbound and outbound programs that represent millions of consumer and business transactions. These B2B and B2C programs include insides sales, customer service, lead generation, database verification, email response, and order processing. He has managed large contact centers for DialAmerica, WEST Teleservices and LexisNexis. While attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Dave served in United States Marine Corps Reserves.
